Christmas, Palm Beach and Ivana Trump gets thrown off a plane (okay, okay...but, escorted off just isn't all that dramatic) and the Diva-Dog gets snapped 'round town. Oh, "the season" is still alive!

Wait, that's Kaeda, down in Miami, playing Monopoly. WTH? That's the Diva's main game. A kitty-cat passing Go, collecting $200.00, buying property and putting up hotels? Come ON!!! Has the world gone mad? Ivana and Kaeda...oh, my!
Cubism forever and Holy Spaniels...the Diva shows up on a sock! Come ON...it should be a cashmere sweater. The world HAS gone utterly mad.
For The Love Of Lassie...who let HER in the blog, again? Do you SEE the Diva? Holiday hitting the beach WITHOUT the Cavi in tow. Palm Beaching and trying to be like Ivana? NEVER. If you're gonna get your azz tossed from an airplane...DO NOT wear a crappy outfit such as this one. Kids, I am wondering why Ivana T. was sitting her fluffy A. on a commercial bird in the first place? Yeah, think on that instead of how the one above looks WAY early in the morning. You're better off.
WOO-HOO...it's Wa-Hoo time. Now, that's what I'm barking 'bout. The Diva-Dog is SO competitive. Is it my turn yet?
Kids, I'm a little freaked out...my peeps pulled some crazy and creepy shizzy-shenanigans on me. Under the tree? Faux Diva-Dog. Actually, two of 'em. This one and a baby one (didn't make it into the snap). What? The real deal ain't good enough 'round this doghouse?
Nah, I'm fairly certain my peeps are quite good with the real Cavi deal and the Diva-Dog is, most-def, good being all nestled into the lap of the peep, after a warm and sudsy bath. Um, are you diggin' his shirt? Wow, we need a stylist 'round this doghouse.

PEEKING INTO A RITZY FLAGLER CHRISTMAS

Happy Christmas Eve, all you mutts and pups.

Yawn...the day is dawning with a bright and beautiful sun over the water. So very thankful for it, but we also think of our friends (some kinda like family) in the more frigid temps and wish them a very happy time in all the glory of a white Christmas.

Us (meaning my peeps, natch) this morning? Sleepy, but focused.

Last night it was skipping over for an evening at the glorious, Flagler Museum. When I say glorious, take my word for it. Standard Oil kinda money mean anything to ya? Okay. Took a few snaps while we were prancing and glancing in that temple to oil. Always interesting to grasp the meaning of "incredible and endless wealth". Not to say old Hank didn't earn it, understand.
Where is David Benoit (look him up) when you need him? Not 'zactly your Charlie Brown Christmas, huh?
You talking to me? No, not really, but could you move out of our snap? Kidding.
Wonder if they got that from a place like Home Depot. You know...the Gilded Age version.
Just an intimate dinner, for a few close friends. Guess who's NOT coming to dinner? You got it.

See, told you things were rockin' 'round our doghouse. Can't swing a filled-stocking without getting involved in some goofy games or see some goofing around in the gorgeous weather of The Palm Beaches. Gotta get a little silly along the way, don't ya know!!
Christmas week in The Palm Beaches and we put on our jingle bells and soaked up a little joy to the world. Kidding about the jingle bell part.
Beach bummin'! The sand 'n surf is amazing this week. The sun is peeking in and out and makes for perfect yuletide yappin'.
On the lookout for eight tiny reindeer hitting up the beach. You better watch out...Santa Clause is coming to town...he could be arriving in a yacht...it is THE PALM BEACHES!!!

Things are reviving up in the old condo doghouse-Holiday Spirit Speaking!! Sleigh bells are ringing, chestnuts are roasting (well, not around here, but that just sounds so cozy) and eggs are nogging. I ask you hounds, what, exactly, is a "nogged-egg"? Get on that and get back to me.

So, it's really rocking around the old City Place Christmas Tree here in the Palm Beaches. Yeah, my peeps think they're rockin', so just go along, okay?
Meanwhile back at the dumb condo, The Diva-Dog has been super busy...sniffing out gifts stuffed 'round our tree. It is exhausting, but super-fabulous!

ISLAND CRUISING, PAPARAZZI PEEPING AND MIAMI CUPCAKE VICE

Woof, Kids!
You mutts realize that some of the Tigger Who-Zit dramz is going on in our neck-of-the-palms. There is mega-chatting about millions and diamond and mansions and yachts and grocery stores. You heard me...grocery.

Word on the 'net? Some of the alleged "involved" parties shop for milk, golden eggs and brie at the very store we patronize. Naturally, we had to trot our paws on OV-AH to The Island and check it out.
We staked out the parking lot and it was...BORING. Boring and then some. Okay, okay-we weren't really going all Magnum PI, we just needed food. Yeah, we grabbed a few important items like dog biscuits. No tarts in sight (take that as you wish). Still, the Diva-Dog is of the opinion that being a paparazzi isn't all it's cracked up to be. Hanging around stores and crap trying to get a snap of some "celeb". Yawn and more yawning. Besides, we just don't find The Tig particularly entertaining.

Much more entertaining was getting buckled up and clicking and skipping around Miami on Sunday. It was a little chilly, for very South Florida, but still fab.
Lunch, al fresco...followed by another pop-in at Buttercream. Don't you dare judge us...you hounds!!

Holiday week is upon us...now, go enjoy it.

SINGING DOG, COW DOG AND ALIENS DRIFTING OVER THE ATLANTIC

Mutts and pups welcome to zany-zippy Friday!!

It was raining dogs in The Palm Beaches yesterday. I'm telling ya!! You heard me...dogs, not cats and. Well, fake dogs that jump and shout. Real rain too.

That crazy canine you see above was resting paws on a shelf at Walgreen's until yesterday afternoon when The Mool stuffed him in a sack and dashed for the dumb condo. Oh, she paid first. Naturally!! She's a stickler for details, plus she's not keen on the prospect of slam-city.

Anyhoo, it plays a Christmas version of the song, "Shout" and the ears fly up and it makes little twisty movements. The Diva? Pretty ho-hum 'bout the entire thing. Although it's fun to take a swipe at it with manicured paw and knock it over. The Mool has absolutely no taste. None. However, having excellent taste is B. So, I rewarded him by giving him a fluffy white mustache. I'm a giver.Um, things are getting strange in The Palm Beaches. Don't believe it? Then 'splain those aliens floating around us in that snap. Uh-huh.
The Diva-Dog is resting easy 'cause Gaz is on the case. He's all OV-AH it. Yes, rest easy Palm Beaches...you're in good hands!!

Now, get YOUR hands off the computer keys and get out there and make it a howling weekend. That's my plan. First, I must catch a little McLintock! and woof at the cattle on the screen.

ROLLICKING WREATH, ROCKIN' REINDEER AND A RETAIL GRINCH

Woof, Kids!
If it's Thursday, it must be time to check out the wreath in the lobby of our building. Don't know 'bout you canines, but we think they may have gone, just a teeny bit, overboard in their selection of all things-wall wreath. Yes, it is lovely and festive as can be, just rather enormous.

Well, no skin off our cold and shiny nose, so we'll stop yapping and simply enjoy the spirit it evokes. One little thing...sure hope it is clamped tight 'cause the Diva-Dog would be bummed to see that massive ring-of-green crash down into a heap-of-green. Pretty sure the staff wouldn't be overly thrilled with that sort of a mess, and most-def the DD would be annoyed. Why should the Diva give a reindeer's ear? Easy to 'splain. A wreath would be wreathed and ruined, but a downed decoration in that area would also be blocking major dog treats stashed behind that counter. See what I mean?

Wanna speak of being annoyed and just a GRINCH...(all caps mean business) we clicked a snap while out shopping the other day (okay, the DD was at the dumb condo) of one HAPPY EMPLOYEE WHO ADORES HER JOB and candidate for EMPLOYEE OF THE DECADE...here's a feast for the expressive eyes. B was trying on clothes and she was JUST as helpful to him as she looks. Awesome!! Oh, I only snapped this because she had been staring a hole through me, without moving or blinking for several minutes. She glared at me, in this same position...the entire time I was waiting. Snapping her was my only defense...her gaze was making my skin burn. She, seriously, did not approve of me waiting for him while perched on a little chair.
Isn't she lovely? Just oozes holiday charm and helpfulness.

Charm? You want charm? The Mool thought it would be charming to snap my
fluffy self by that diminutive dangling reindeer. Please note the smoldering side-eye shooting from the peepers and the cold shoulder attitude. Come ON-do you see any treats dangling from that lame shimmering creature? Exactly my point.

Now, get yourselves out there and just TRY to find a groovy store employee to match ours. Just TRY...

PALM BEACH SNOW JOB, DOGS ON CARDS AND PLATES

Let it faux snow on our heads!! How appropriate, don't ya think? Yes, in Palm Beach, it snows every night at City Place. It's quite lovely, but don't even ask what or how, just peek at our little snap of an evening of fun in the land of sun and faux snow.Hm, Canines, I will admit it was kind of groovy to gaze upon this stuff and try to catch it...and fun being all over City Place, sniffing and prancing, yes indeed. However, you may notice, in this partik photo, the Cavi-Girl has other things on her mind. Check out the stance as she ponders making a dash for that random and enticing cup-of-something behind these two kids. They are oblivious to the DD's possible antics and it makes one wonder if they will even notice if I zipped on over and had a little sample. Who cares about this dumb snow jazz...the Diva needs a snack.
Prolly snackin' on something sublime over in Texas...that Pudge!! What a dog-on a card. Thank you, Big Daddy! We love it and YOU.
Mega-more gorgeous than faux-snow is this snap. Bitsy and Vicky...you the DAWGS...for sending us these Cavi's served up on a plate. Wait, that didn't come out right. Well, you know what we're talking 'bout. Beautiful. We can't stop looking, and notice how the Blenheim is at the top of pack, as it should be. Uh-huh!!
