PALM BEACH UGGS AND LLAMAS

Woof, Kids!
The Diva-Dog is sitting by this crazy llama thingy...thinking how I enjoyed the Asian fare we feasted on last night. Well, they feasted, I got some crummy rice out of the deal, okay?

Yes, I meditate and ponder the weekend. Think the weather's gonna be kinda crappy, but that remains to be seen. You never know 'bout tropical sun and rain and stuff. Can, and does, change at the drop of a dog biscuit!

One thing I do know about the Palm Beach weather...it doesn't require wearing UGGS while walking your mutts. Ugh on the UGGS. Listen, Moolie had to wear those while living  in a more northern state, well, didn't have to, but did. They really are pretty great, but...in Southern Florida? Don't make me laugh.

Makes us wonder what's up with an ad for those crazy, fuzzy UGGS in the local paper today? Crazy and silly. I'm telling you, if I see some idiot wearing those things in 80 degree weather, I will...wait...what am I saying? The Diva wears a fur coat in 90 degree weather. Never mind. Go ahead and  buy your UGGS and wear them with your shorts. I promise not to judge you.

Expect to see major amounts of mutts and pups on the Pool Deck this weekend, as usual. Hoping not to see that strange and unusual lady and her sweet and friendly hound. See, she doesn't get Moolie...at all. Let me just say that at 6 a.m. on weekend mornings, Moolie just wants to sneak up to the doggie area, hidden under a ball cap and shades (yes, worn even in the dark), hide behind a column or shrub...let me do my biz, zip to the elevator and sneak back inside the condo. Gaz...the saint (not kidding)...takes the early morning shift during the week and he's a fabulous morning person...happy, talky, so no problem there with chatty-Cathy-lady. Moolie...take my word...AVOID HER, AT ALL COSTS, UNTIL NOON.

You get it, right? You understand what I'm saying? Moolie is NOT anti-social, just doesn't want early morning chat over pp and doody. She's simply not a morning person and doesn't appreciate letting the canines get their sniff on until after lunch. Now, strange and odd lady? She thinks The Mool is all afraid of her dog and jazz (she revealed this opinion to Gaz, don't ya know). Even so, she still attempts to cut us off at the pass and force conversation. TOO EARLY, so please let us have the Pool Deck sans this delightful person. It's not personal. Seriously.

Get your weekend howl on, kids. Morning, noon and night!!!

Bark at me!!

Diva, I love keeping up with the goings on at your dog house, but I just could not understand this morning thing.... My day starts with sunshine making a nice warm patch on the rug. The dry grass beckons for a wee. This "early morning" thing sounds dreadful. I do know about late night, and I don't like it. Give me dry grass and sunshine every time. ......hmmmmmm, mebbe if I had Uggs to keep my feet snuggy........ naw, fahgeddit.

    Good Friday Morning Diva.
Everyone in the universe knows Moolie is not and never has been, a morning person. Chatty Cathy will eventually get the hint, maybe. Mommy is a morning person, Daddy is not. Even before he retired, he was not all smiles and cheery like Mommy. Mommy is an early bird, Daddy is a night owl.

Every day, around here,is a weekend day. Both my peeps are retired. So, it is never-ending fun for me (well, most of the time).
It is chilly here in Arlington, today. 49 degrees when Mommy and me got up at 5:15 am. In Texas, like Florida, you never know what the weather is gonna do until it does it. It is sunshiny and no rain until Sunday (I can hardly wait).

High paws and nubbin' wags to ya.
