SAIL ON, SAIL ON...WITH S'MORES
Woof, Kids!
I spy...some lame boat...Reporting from the terrace on all things, treasure hunting. The report is that there is no treasure to report, so the Diva trotted my fluffy paws on up to the Pool Deck and hunted for leapin' lizards. That was pretty amazing and to double my pleasure there were lots of boats cruising and sailing, which was kinda cool to watch. So, not a complete failure. Just halfway. I sort of wanted to go jump on a boat and take along a few of my lizard mates. Dogs and lizards and boats...I think I'll write a song. Listen, I will have more success writing a dumb song on that topic than seeing some idiots find buried ocean treasure!
PLUS, really groovy was when the Mool carted in some new type of cuisine from Petco called, Halo. I don't know why, but I sort of adore it. When the Diva adores something...it stays adored (I completely stole that line from a cheesy beach movie). Point is, I am MAD (as in crazy for) for my new grub.
Mutts, we are at the halfway point of hurricane season. I think. Soon, it will be "high-season". That means people flocking to Florida in droves to do warm-weather stuff, not drinking too many Grey Goose whatevers. How can it be all cold and shivery in part of our great country and warm as toast in another? I know, I know...it just seems peculiar. The Mool is clinging to the scads of boots and heavy winter duds she had while living in a cold-weather state. Why, I do not know. Seriously, will there be a need for them here in SOUTH Florida? Prolly not, but she was a Girl Scout (no, really) and tries to be prepared at all times. I'm not saying she was a particularly GOOD Wilderness Girl, um, Girl Scout. She liked the outfit and s'mores, don't ya know. Mostly, the s'mores. Uh-huh.
Time to stretch out and think about that yummy Halo stuff, and s'mores. Ah!!!!!
Bark at me.

Diva, Moolie needs to hang on to those heavy winter clothes so she can visit a certain person in Minnesota!! Let's hope she has a major parka, ha! I was also a Girl Scout and love s'mores! When I was in Girl Scouts we used to make this dessert with bananas where you slice them open, add chocolate and marshmallows and roast them over the fire in the peel - so kinda like a s'more but with bananas instead of graham crackers. Totally messy but good!
Have a fantastic Tuesday!!

AAAAAAAAARF- ye won't be finding the Treasure out there, me hearty. The treasure wuz all dug up and divvied out at the Treasure Coast Pirate Fest last weekend in Stuart. Do ye know that International Talk Like a Pirate Day will soon be upon us? I have a little story about it at our own Port-o-call if ye be interested. Yer Mate, Shadow
