SERIOUS AND LIGHT
Woof, Kids!
Ah, Monday Mornin' to ya, you hounds! Clicking the keys and trying to shake my fluffy self awake.
Sad news about Walter Cronkite. He was a legend. RIP. Integrity such as his...isn't anymore.
Our hearts are breaking for the captured solider from Idaho and his family. Let us have peace and end the worldly insanity. Please.

Weekend was excellent 'round our dog den. Had quite a lot of rainy stuff, so there was no Sunday evening top-down drive to gaze upon the Atlantic. So, did the next best thing...a moonlight walk with the peeps, while Moolie snapped me sniffing the sidewalk. Good grief. Bring back the drive.
One afternoon, I tried watching a Lassie movie, but the peeps snapped to another channel and groused about me barking and jumping at the screen whenever the Big L would appear. Gotta howl with the Lass, right? Party-poopers!
You can't tell, but this is The Diva trying to watch Lassie, trying to go home or sumpin' like that!

Kids, can it be fun for My Little Pony Dog to live in a condo? Not judging anyone here, just curious about all that. I am telling you that a pup that size is gonna, pretty much, consume the entire balcony space of most condos in this building. Well, just hope it is all happy howling and paw-snapping for 'em.
Speaking of REE-DIK scenarios. I mean I would really rather not, but you NEED to hear this one. Last Thursday, The Mool pranced me outside for the old making a 5 o'clock shadow in the grass, if you get my drift. Very un-Diva-ish, I decided to just sniff my way around a few blocks...you know the drill, sniff and walk...sniff and walk...no biz! Soon, we were almost to Flagler, on a favorite sidewalk happily sniffing and prancing. All of a sudden, BAM...crazed dog, running wild, clamors up to my fluffy self being all...well, I hate to say it, but annoying. Big Time!!!
See, I had dawdled for so long that the time had come for me to get into some serious "shadow making on the grass". Too bad it wasn't gonna happen, because this dog was off-leash and going wild. We kept walking and it kept coming at us. Actually, the dog was okay, it was THE PEOPLE STANDING IDLY BY IN THE SHADE WATCHING AND LAUGHING. Picture them...young couple...think they are Brad and Angie...hanging out together with the dog...chatting...turn the dog loose...it goes wild...they don't care. UNLESS some poor slob in a car had the misfortune to hit the dog...then they could possibly care. The dog? Innocent victim of dumb-asses.
We were just hoping the dog would be safe with COMPLETE MORONS for owners. We had to scurry on away as we did NOT want to see this little guy get squished in the street or something. Made me want to call dog-welfare or something. I mean it is great to let the canines run free as birds (that saying does not even make sense here, but I'm using it anyway) in a fenced area or some other, dog-friendly and SAFE, area or park. But, around busy streets? Just completely irresponsible.
Well, that is it for today...wait...did you hear the story last week about the red Panda babies rejected by their bear mom? Guess what? A momma dog came to the rescue and saved the day by providing milk for them. Irony of it? The momma dog rejected her pup, but they were hand-feeding it. What in the name of Dame Lassie is going on in the universe.
Woof.
Bark at me!!

Howdy Diva,
How are you and your people? As usual, I have been bad and not written and for that I am sorry. My tail is a waggin’ and I am beggin’ for your forgiveness. Please know that I have never forgotten that first time I saw your picture. My heart has never been the same.
It has been hot here in Texas and my BIG DADDY has been so nice and only makes me walk as far as I want and that is usually about 3 or 4 houses one direction or the other. It’s just too hot to go any further. I don’t like to sweat and when it’s a 110 freaking degrees outside my little legs can only go so far!
How have you been? I know you’ve moved into a posh ‘joint’ there in WPB. Have you met any new friends? I bet your arrival has raised a leg or two! How is the sniffin’? You got any chasers???? [inside joke LOL]
According to your blog, you’ve been a bizy lady! BIG DADDY tells me how Moolie and Gaz like to move and shake, so I know you’re not bored.
I was at the doc week before last as I must have stepped on something [again] in my left front paw. I was on some drugs for a week and am much better now. I hadn’t even taken my last pill before a wasp stung my other front paw. G Dawg it!! BIG DADDY was so nice and soaked my paw, hand fed me and let me snooze away with him on the couch all evening as I really didn’t feel like walking around on 2 bad paws
BIG DADDY, grandmaw and some of their friends went to see Tuna Does Vegas last week and since then I’ve hear him repeat a line from the show “put some lipstick on and kiss my aXX”, apparently he thought it was funny. You know I’ve told you about him before, he just laughs and talks to me and I just keep quite and to myself and think if that’s the way he rolls OK by me….just don’t forget to leave some food and treats!
Don’t tell BIG DADDY, but I was on the computer the other day and looked at gazmoolie gallery and really like the new look. Of course, it goes without saying how beautiful the artwork is. You must be so proud of your people.
BIG DADDY sends his love and I think he’ll be home in a bit so I can get a few rays.
I love you Reg.
Pudgy
