Woof, Kids!
Just because a Diva-Dog picks up a few grains of sand from the beach, is that any reason to dunk her into a lame tub of water? I think not, but Moolie, apparently, disagrees...so, there I stand looking like...a wet dog!! You can see the humiliation reflected in my expressive eyes. Well, humiliation and that special look that sort of says...you people will pay for this!!!

You hounds should not even ASK what this look says. I think you can figure it out for yourself. Moolie is such the amateur groomer, for the love of Lassie.
Kids, Brandon and Moolie zipped me off for this snap, post-bath. Hm, if they thought it would make me happy and forgiving, well, think again. Still, the painting of Audrey, looking all, Breakfast at Tiffany's, is pretty cool. Some classic diner on the Dixie Highway here in West Palm has these cool painted icons on their wall. Yep, it's all Marilyn, Elvis, Bogie, among others, but the incomparable, Audrey, is our most fave. It was pretty cool taking these photos, but I was bummed because I expected to go inside and grab a snack. Well, I do look, ever-so, glamorous with Audrey in the background, and that's not a bad thing.
Driving around West Palm, you find cool stuff like this wall mural. Would they allow such nonsense over on "The Island"? Not that we've seen, thus far. Perhaps, they should go on ahead and let their doggie-hair down and just paint that place up with all sorts of meaningful murals. Don't you think they should kick it off with, The Donald? Oh, yeah...that hair would look perfection plastered all OV-AH some la-de-da building.
Mutts, 'member me ranting about the doggie-do left on the Pool Deck grassy area? Well, it done hit the fan with "The Man...agement". Yep, zingy emails were flying yesterday and letters were stuffed under doors. They have their doggie-tails in a twist. Again, it is important to follow all things "dog-curbing" protocol. Funny though, they never think to give a high-dog-paw to those who do, in fact, take proper care of doggie-do.
Well, guess it makes some feel more powerful to yell at people (yes, you can yell in emails and letters), than to be gracious while dispensing information. Power is knowledge, don't ya know...too bad some types don't realize that you have to be knowledgeable...in order to properly utilize power. Catch 22 for most peeps, as they seem to have their heads so far up in...well, something...they don't even know how ree-dik and un-knowledgeable they really seem.
Ah, we take it all in stride, smile about all that silly stuff 'round our dog-den, and just keep it real, for real. Besides, we love all the great blog fodder it brings.
Bark at me!
Hey Diva. You look pretty cool, all wet and everything. Your Moolie is a lot like my Mommy. Sand, mud, dirt, grass, etc., no go in the digs. Of course, your dry time is longer than mine. Bless your heart. A quick rub with the ole towel and I'm done. My BB (best buds) Call and Gus, have a misting fan on their patio. The giant Call just lays in front of it after he takes care of doggie biz. It takes two beach towels to dry his big butt off.
I love your photos. Keep 'em coming. They make the blog more real when we can see everything.
What better two females than the Diva and the eternally beautiful Audrey.
Every place needs murals like that.
I hope Gaz had a fab Father's Day. Mommy tied Daddy's card around my neck with a pretty ribbon ( I love pretty ribbons) and I pranced up the hall with the card bouncing off my delicate paws. Daddy thought that was the bestest gift he had ever had, he told me so.
Mommy, Daddy and Nana made another trip to Oklahoma on Monday. Nana's sister is not getting any better. Mommy says she might not make it another year.
Have a great Wednesday.
Yeow, there is a stranger in our attic. I don't like all the racket he's making. Mommy says it's ok because he is blowing insults in the attic. No, wait, not insults, insulation. Whatever, he's doing, he's making weird noises.
High paws and nubbin' wags to you.
Bitsy

Yeah, wet is cool alright!!!
Heck, I can't see that a little sand, here and there, is such the big deal. I'm jealous of you, Bitsy. All that short hair, and bam...bath time is done and done in a flash.
Ah, those misters are the berries. Hm, wonder if I couldn't get The Mool to install one on our little balcony? Oh, I'm sure the condo building folks would LOVE that.
Thanks on the snaps. We like sharing, even when they are totally embarrassing.
Gaz had a groovy Father's Day and was super glad his one and only, B, was here to share it. Did you get any pix of you prancing and dancing all ribbon-covered? Would love to see it.
Sorry to hear about the sadness in your family. We will be thinking of you guys and praying for the best.
