MIAMI AND WEST PALM VICE

Woof, Kids!

Things have been howling 'round our dog den since B blew into West Palm. I'm the happiest hound, ever. Mostly.

However, Moolie and B hit the Tri-Rail Trail early on Monday morning and, excuse me, did not take the Diva-Dog along. I can only imagine the vices I could find in that crazy city. But, no. I had to hang around the dumb condo and wonder if the trash chute was or wasn't working today, which of my favorite vices I should indulge in, or if I would get some major treats when they returned. I did, get major treats,I am happy to report.

The Diva isn't one to sit and be sad (unless it works in my favor, you know). I managed to make the most of things and Gaz came home and gave me lunch and stuff, so it wasn't too bad.

I will tell you though, entertaining myself trying to figure out how to get that beloved feather duster in my clutches, kept me occupied for quite some time. I love that thing, kids, it is one of my true vices. Trying to eat feather dusters. Don't ask me why, it just makes me happy. Moolie is pretty much a grouch about it and won't let me have any fun..like it's some big deal of a thing or something. When I DO manage to grab it and make a run for it...I can't tell you how glorious it is to chomp down into those feathers. It is fab and a little crunchy and dusty.

So, there I sat (see photo above) and gazed upon my favorite inanimate friend, the FD and  wishing I had my favorite feline, Crookshanks, here to leap up and toss that mass of fun right on down into the paws of the Diva. Wishing and hoping (isn't that some lame song?) didn't get me far, I will tell you that much. I never did get to sink my teeth into all that fuzzy fun.

Oh, the other snap is of B, taken in Miami. Do you see a Diva-Dog anywhere? No, you do not. A picture just isn't a true Kodak-Moment without the DD, and I can assure you that Moolie and B did not find any fun vices in Miami without their favorite Cavi on hand to assist.

Bark at me!!

Hey Diva. Well, I'm a guessin' your weekend with the B's and Co. was a good one. I'm so glad. I just love Big B, he is so sweet and such a cutie pie.

You will never guess what I just saw on an old "Matlock"...a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Darby. He was adorable but no Diva. My nana watches all the old tv shows. She didn't know what type of dog was in the courtroom. But Mommy sure did.

I've never seen feather duster. Mommy used a thing called a Swiffie, I think. Whatever it's called, she chases me with it and what a game we have.

Would Crookshanks help get the feather duster? I don't know if felines assist a canine in a crime, unless they could blame the canine.

I'm very happy your weekend was swell. Treats after being ditched are wonderful.

High paws and nubbin' wags to ya. Bitsy

Bitsy...hope things are great at your dog-den this week.

It is super fun having fun here in West Palm for a few weeks. He and Moolie are in the middle of some kind of project and I am certain you will hear more about it in the weeks to come. Whatev.

Brit is back in Dallas, so we miss her. She is the Dawg's -Paws and the Diva LOVES her.

Have a fun evening and don't be lame like Moolie...she will be watching that reedik show, Tor and Dean, tonight. It is so dumb, I feel dumber just admitting she watches such crap.

      Fluff-o-the-tail to ya!!!
