PONDERING THE PALM BEACHES FROM THE POOL DEC K
Woof, Kids!Yawn...mutts. Yeah, I do realize that my crazy photo today looks almost Warholized, but it is just the Diva-Dog, hangin' in the Pool Deck area of our condo building last evening. It was kind of dark, so this is my way of attempting to show you just one tiny view from the top of the terrace.
Pretty, pret-tay, huh? Hounds, I have to tell you that you can't swing, well, anything up there without being subjected to the most incredible views you can imagine. The building is designed so the entire top floor is a den for relaxation and enjoyment by woman, man and beast. I decided last night was the perfect evening to have some snaps taken so I could share with you. More to come.
So, as last night was all about getting into the vibe of the evening, I'm thinking today would be an excellent opportunity to slip into thoughtful mode. Yes, I can be all thoughtful, and not just about food, treats and toys. So, let's talk-the-talk of things, Palm Beaches...okay?

I am feeling a bit like just a bunch of random musings. Hope that suits you, 'cause it just tickles me to death.
Mutts and pups, grab your cup of java or your partik beverage of choice, get comfy and read on for my most recent observations of the Palm Beaches...
- It is a fabulous mix of people.
- The most lovely weather and the topography is really flat for great viewing from high places.
- Nighttime cruising alongside the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean and viewing the breath-taking beauty of the full moon shimmering its reflection upon the water is truly gorgeous and sort of spiritual.
- Feeling the cool evening breeze upon our faces as we zip around town with the top down causes us to not even mind our tangled and unruly hair.
- The azure beauty that is the daytime Atlantic Ocean just makes us stop and stare.
- Hangin' at the patio area at Kona Grill. It's just simply fun.
- Gazing at the morning and evening sky, palm trees, yachts and not-yachts gliding along the intra-coastal just doesn't seem to get boring.
- Yes, there are snobs here and there, but also some really, really nice people.
- Our building seriously needs to get busy and get some work done on the elevators as they go up and/or down at their own discretion and we go with it. The office staff/s could be more responsive in many ways. Hey, got to toss in some negs, just to keep his thing interesting.
- South Florida is not even close to being similar to Gulf Coast Florida, and we are good with the Eastern side of the peninsula.
- We have never worn white so much, heck we don't even like white, but you gotta, well, I gotta...it's sort of a built in kind of thing.
- We love dining al fresco, walking to City Place to try new restaurants, shop, get coffee, see a movie, grocery shop, or people and canine watch.
- Extra special to us is just hanging out on very own little balcony with wine, coffee or hot or iced tea and just enjoying the heck out of the simple joys and humor of life and grateful that we know what they are.
Bark at me!

Hey Diva, You and your peeps sure know how to enjoy mother nature. It's fun walking and looking and lovin' every minute of it.
Mommy takes me to Randol Mill Park to see the ducks and geese. I don't chase them. Not because Mommy won't let me, because a big goose got after me once. It doesn't take me long to learn what not to chase.
Your night scene looks wonderful. We don't mind a little Warholish stuff. Beauty is in the eyes of the ones that take the time to really see it for what it is, Beautiful.
Daddy hung up some new bird feeders. As he was watching the birds this morning, one of those furry tailed critters came around. At first he was eating the seeds that the birds knocked out of the feeder. Then all of a sudden, he just jumps up and grabs the feeder. It was funny seeing him just hanging there with nothing under him. Finally he let go but he tried it again. His hind feet still couldn't find a hold, so he dropped back to earth. Then Mommy let me out. Can I scatter...wait a sec...Okay, I'm back. Anyway as I was saying, can I scatter furry tails or what? Yes, I can.
Sorry about the interruption but Daddy lost something and Mommy had to find it, as usual. Daddy can't find his butt-I better not finish that.
High paws and nubbin' wags to you. Bitsy
