ROCKIN' ROCK STARS AND FUNKY FASHION

Woof, Kids!
Good morning you hounds.
I hated to hit you, so early in the week, with that image above, but I simply had to post it so you could see 'zactly what I have to put up with around my crazy dog-den. Hm.

Yeah, that's Moolie and Gaz rockin' out (well, in their "special" way, don't ya know) at Sunfest last weekend. You remember, that non-dog friendly and crazed security gal thing here in West Palm?
Mutts, I can not express, strongly enough, my sadness and disappointment at seeing proof such as this that they had fun at that non-dog-friendly event while the Diva-Dog was stuck, cooling my paws, at the dumb condo.
Yep, here I was hanging my head and being super-deflated, yet content knowing they were out defending all things canine-rights and dog-civil-liberties. I had visions of them rabidly giving event folks static about their silly dog rules, and I certainly know how they can get when they support a worthy cause. Um, not so much at Sunfest, evidently. NO, they were jumpin and jivin', or some such nonsense the whole time!

I tell you, this photo confirming their behavior was sort of shocking to my expressive and all-knowing eyes. However, as you can see (note logo) it kind of had to do with Gaz and the launch of a new Web site called, pbpulse.com. Not that I am quickly forgiving them just because it was work related and all that. Nope. Still, it is a cool entertainment site (and you know how I adore being entertained), so I will cut them a teeny bit of slack. Teeny. Small. I hold a grudge. Big grudge-holder-dog.
At least the Diva did not have to endure the embarrassment of participating in this ree-dik scenario. Mutts, please...I ask you...have ya ev-ah laid eyes on worst stage fashion? For the love of the Palm Beaches, those outfits suck. What in the name of Benji could they have possibly been thinking? Obviously, they weren't.
Kids, can we talk about those LEGS...yeah, they got 'em, well, let's just say they DON'T know how to use them. Man, ZZ Top would never sing their anthem again if they ever got a load of those gams. Let me mention that Moolie's fake tan lotion just ain't cuttin' it, and Gaz has more hair on his than the Diva-Dog. Man.

After seeing this pix, I am now pretty certain that the Big Lassie in the sky barked down upon it and deemed this event non-dog friendly for a reason...simply to save this Cavi some may-jah embarrassment. Whew.
Well, I truly hope you mutts and pups had a marvelous Mother's Day weekend. Even though she has no fashion sense and NO fake bake, Moolie serves as my "Momma Dog". Aw, I admit it is not all that bad. But, it is just a good thing she has such fabulous taste in special treats...otherwise I would be forced to hold things like that Sunfest photo and that tasteless outfit against her and that is just WAY too much effort for my lazy self.
Bark at me!

Diva -- See what happens when we uphold your civil rights, including free speech? I get toasted for having more hair on my legs than you do. Let's not forget the Cavi we met on the street this weekend. You know, that could be you! I'm just sayin'.

Whoa, Gaz, that sort of sounds like a, not so thinly veiled, dog-threat. Good thing I know you are a pussy-cat with a bark much worse than your bite. Man, you scared me so much...I'm mxing my canine and feline lingo!!!
Yeah, that Cavi was something...but, don't get any ideas about giving me a similar look...it could get ugly...just sayin'.

OK. I admit I'm a softee. And to be honest, I don't relish the fallout from a Cavi makeover. I still remember the doggie rage that ensued from "Poodle with a Mohawk."

Yep, softee like an ice cream swirl when it comes to Moolie and the Reg....
But, a Poodle with a Mohawk? Now that's super scary.......your legs are great, your legs are great.....

Hey Embarrassed Diva.
You must know by now, you have to endure all things human. But really, you also have to be proud to call Moolie and Gaz your peep parents. Am I right? Of course, I'm right. How do I know this? Because I am the sage Boston. Besides, my Mommy is her sister, so I am used to being embarrassed.
Anyway, what is a Sunfest and Florida for? It's all about having fun. And as for me, I think they are cute and adorable. They do look as if they are enjoying themselves.
Take if from this Boston, not everything is dog-friendly. That is rather sad, actually.
It's still raining here in good old Arlington and it's Monday. Yuck on both counts.
High paws and nubbin' wags to you. Bitsy

Yeah, it is sad that not evrything is dog friendly. But, if things were perfect...they could get boring. Hm. I will have to ponder that. Bitsy, keep wagging your nubbi'!!!!
