KEEP ON DANCING AND PRANCING

The Eyes Are Made For Watching, DWTS

Woof, Kids!

Hey, any of you hounds watching, Dancing With The Stars? You know, that nutty dance show with, um, celebrities? Yeah, that's the one.

Moolie makes me watch it from her lap and  says the only reason she watches is because someone in Texas got her hooked, and now, she watches it. She knows that it is completely ridiculous, but she just has to know who performs the old grand jete` out the door each week. Plus, she enjoys, in a sadistic fashion, watching that dip-stick, Samantha, attempt to be an interviewer. Embarrassing. But, Tom B., is just the best. No, honest.

If you do not watch this mess of a show, then you prolly do not know a certain, Julianne Hough. If you do watch, you know she has won that disco ball, not once, but twice. Put that in your top hat and dance on it. Now, the Diva-Dog could not care less about Julianne and her ball. Yes, she is gorgeous. Yes, she has talent. Well, isn't she special? Yeah, kinda.

All that aside, the most important factoid about Jules? She has a Blenheim, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Looks 'zactly like me. Almost. Well, kinda. I'm not sure, but I think it is smaller. Smaller, most-def.

HEY, is it my fault if they force-feed me snacks all the time? Don't answer that, but I do believe I am starting to get a little funky.

Apparently, Julianne and that country singer guy she hangs with, trot their Cavi all OV-AH Hollywood. Man, I know I'm getting funky, and I am sort of getting just a little bit jealous. Yes, totally jealous. I wanna go and hang with "stars" of all things dancing, 'cause I can assure you it won't happen around here. The dancing part, okay, the "stars" part...not so much.

Gotta send this blog into cyberspace and secure my spot on the sofa for the really big show tonight. Who will get the ballroom boot this week. Oh, the dramz.

In the meantime, let's all just keep on dancing and prancing. More fun than sitting and grouching. Now, where are those treats.

Bark at me!

Hey Diva. You dancin' Cavi. Mommy makes me watch DWTS also. She says your Moolie and she used to do all sorts of dancin' when they were kids. Wait a sec, a kid is a baby goat, isn't it.
Well, when they were small, anyway. So dancing is in their blood. It's fun to watch. Mommy says you can't tell a cha-cha from a quick-step or a fox-trot.

As long as the treats keep comin', I'll keep watching.

Someone in Texas got Moolie hooked, huh? Texans do love to dance and after all, she is a Texan at heart.

I thought foxes ran. I didn't know they trotted. Or maybe they quick step when a hound is after them.

With that, I'm gonna quick step outta here.

Have a great Monday. High paws and nubbin' wags to y'all. Bitsy

Yeah, they don't call me Ginger-Reggie for nothin'! To be honest, my hair IS sort of ginger-colored, so I could be sniffing down the wrong trail here. Nah, gotta be my fab-four-feet!!!

Yeah, Gaz and Moolie dance and without me. What the heck?!!

Modern Dance was Moolie's most fave college class. Leaping and twirling.......which explains so much........

Who will it be tomorrow night????? Which couple will stand in the dreaded "red light"????Oh, the suspense. I need a nap and snack.

Hey Diva. Sorry for the new entry. Mommy made me do it becauz I forgot to mention her favorite of DWTS. It's Ty Murry, the bull rider. She's been watching him ride bulls for years. She and Daddy watch bull riding on Versus every weekend. Mommy knows all the bulls as well as the riders.

Okay, now maybe she'll get off my back.
She always does what I want, I guess it won't hurt me to do what she wants, once in a while. I just hope she doesn't make a habit of it.

    Nubbin' wags to you. Bitsy

Bits, I love your entries, so make as many as you want. They are great.

Ty seems like a nice guy, but...um, Bits...he's just no Fred Astaire. Bless his heart. He seems so sweet and he is trying and doing better, but it's hard. Dancing is just difficult.

As for Moolie...it's Gilles all the way...she is on the computer sending in votes for her AND Gaz. Twenty four total. He was just so darned cute in that movie, SATC, don't ya think? Wait, I haven't seen it, just heard Moolie telling her friend Gretchen who he was the other night on the phone.

Well, if it comes down to the two of them, we will just have to get a little sumpin', sumpin' going, don't ya think?  Say, the loser buys super yummy dog treats for the winner? Yeah, I like the sound of that.

Now, go Gilles...feets do your stuff!!!!!

Well, It's Bitsy, again. Just a quick note to tell you about my new adventure.

The mighty hunter has killed her 15th furry tailed critter.

He was sitting on the window ledge looking in and I was sitting by the window looking out. We were nose to nose throuh the glass.
Mommy saw the situation, got up and real easily opened the door. Well, I was out in a flash and looking for it.

When I went west, he went east but Mommy headed him off. The silly thing tried to go up the window because he had no where else to go, being between Mommy and me.

Well, when he fell back to earth, I was right there to nail him to the ground.

As I grabbed him, he grabbed me on the leg, which pissed me off. I never turned him loose, I just bit harder. When he turned me loose, I got him by the head. He won't be biting any more Texas Boston Terriers.
Mommy checked out my leg for bite marks but I have none. I guess my hide was too tough for him.

    High paws to you. Bitsy

Wow, Bits...you had better be careful. I hear squirrels carry some bad stuff inside those cheeks and teeth.  Hope your leg is okay. That is scary. Maybe next time you should just watch it from inside, huh?

I'm too timid to do something like that. I like to chase, but that's about the size of it. I guess we Cavi's just don't have that kind of courage. Nah, we like to grab lizards and then let 'em go.

Take care of that leg and be careful out in the wild of your yard!!!

      Barkin' back at ya!
