WEST PALM BEACH BLOWS AND FAKE FRIENDS
Woof, Kids!
We welcome March here in West Palm Beach and it kind of BLOWS. Yep, the weather that is. Now, before you get your fur all in a fluff, I know it's not really that bad and others are having seriously bad weather 'round the country. Okay? It's just that the wind is HOWLING and blowing, big-time. What? You thought I meant something else perhaps? Uh-huh. It's sunny, but really, really (that's two) cool. I need a hot-toddy. What is that, exactly?
Seriously, the weather is kinda severe in places and The Pumpkin, got all stranded in Minnesota and I know The Murph is beyond ready for her to get home and get him from camp, Bow-Wow. Wait, maybe not so much...he loves it there. I just hope she bought him some super-duper treats.
So, it's Monday and the weekend and February are DUNZO. The weekend was pretty fun 'round these parts. Have I mentioned how cool it is to go over to Palm Beach and watch for Rolls Royce sightings? Well,that is a game that the Diva likes to play. I'd like to chase those slick cars, but Gaz and Moolie seem to frown each time I attempt to make a dash. Frown and hold my leash in an extra firm fashion. Such control freaks they are. Actually, I do try to catch a glimpse of mutts and pups INSIDE said Rollsiziz. Come to think of it, I've NEVER seen even a tiny one. Maybe there is some type of dog-claws, er, dog-clause...you know what I mean...NO DOGS INSIDE THE ROLLS. Aw, all this dumb chatter makes me wanna go roll and play with my fake friend.
I'm not too proud to admit that I have fakery in my world...Moolie found the above little friend for me the other day. Name of that stuffed-kid is, Todd. She put it on the floor and then muttered something about B and childhood (what the heck is that) and having it for a long time and I couldn't really play with it, just sniff it a little. So, I sniffed and Moolie snapped and yanked it away. Man, I think I could have spent HOURS pulling stuffing outta that fake kid. Hey, you can't spend ALL your time looking for those RR. Right?

Hey Diva. Bitsy here, for now. Mommy is still having computer probs. Your fake pal looks cool. I have some fake friends too. My fav is a FLEA. Yep, I said Flea. B's stuffies are really precious to Moolie and Gaz but then the B Man is precious.
Mommy told me a Royce Rolls (she got that from an old Shirley McLain movie) is just about the coolest auto ever. Why no mutts? Don't people in WPB like mutts or what?
Do you see many? I bet they would be fun to chase but what would you do with it once you caught it? Am I asking a lot of questions or what? Oops, there I go again.
I have been having quite a time. Mommy, Daddy and Uncle Tom have been doing a lot of work outside and in the garage lately. First, Daddy and Unc had to replace a storage room door that goes into the backyard where squirrels chewed holes in and were trying to make a nest in the storage room. They boarded it up really neat like. As they were doing the measuring thing, I was doing the sniffin' thing. Let me tell you, there is tons of smells in a 55year old storage room. We found an old 'possum skeleton. Mommy wouldn't let me close enough to grab a tiny bone or two. Yesterday, they had to fix a new hole those rascal squirrels chewed overnight. Not in the new stuff but right beside it. Today they tore down 55 year old shelves and put up new ones. Of course, Nana was at Winstar playing penny machines, so, the going was smooth.
Well, I'm glad to know someplace else besides Arlington is getting wind. It has been so windy the last few days, Mommy said if I wasn't so chubby, she would have to put rocks in my pockets, if I had any. Being 5 lbs. over the limit doesn't call for rocks.
Well, Mommy and I are off to watch some DVD's. Actually, she watches and I get my belly rubbed after I get my nightly "Good Girl" treat.

Hey Diva Reggie. What's goin' on? I entered a comment yesterday while Mommies computer was up but it isn't here. Oh, well, I get to do it all over again. Besides, I love reading your blogs and other comments.
Mommy said a Royce Rolls (she got that from an old movie) is some auto. I really wish you could catch one and post pics on your blog. Boy, that would be some catch for a cutie, cute like you. Of course, Moolie is like Mommy when it comes to the 'Leash Death Grip'. Well, they can't Death Grip our dreams and wishes, can they?
I have some fake friends also. My all time fav is a FLEA. Yep, I said Flea. It has a bazillion legs and says "Bite Me" on his back. He looks really cool when Mommy throws him through to air...Legs flying everywhere. Neato. But don't be too upset with Moolie and Gaz about the B Man's things. They, like him, are extra special. Don't get me wrong, you are extra special too, but in a different way. Puppies, no matter how young or old, have a special place in peeps hearts. Unless, of course, the peeps drive Royce Rolls. That must be doggie no-no land. You think?

Man, it seems as if your peeps are always up into sumpin', huh? Bits, to be honest here, I think I'd rather be hanging out in the lap of the Nana you mentioned. Yeah, that sounds like WAY more fun, but then again...all that sniffing does sound PRETTY groovy.
Like I like to say, you can NOT swing a dead cat 'round here without seeing some crazy Rolls (and I don't mean poppin' fresh). NOTE TO PETA...SADC is JUST a phrase...we wouldn't think of swinging a live cat, much less a dead one. We love kitties!!! Anyhoo, I can't believe you have a FLEA. Is it yellow? Does it have a bunch of dangling legs and say FLEA on the chest? MAN, I have that same one. Actually, I'm on about my third one. Gaz and I LOVE to pay tug-the-flea with it and first thing you know...I am forced to start digging the stuffing outta that thing. It's the best. Natch, I don't eat the stuffing...well, not usually.
