SEE SPOT AND REGGIE IN THE READING CIRCLE
Woof, Kids!
Imagine this...a scratch and sniff book for canines. Can you just picture it? No?
Hey, you don't have to imagine it or picture it...you can OWN it. Now, it could be that the Diva Dog is the last to get clued in on this phenom, but I was recently given a little book entitled, See Spot Smell, by a Houstonian named, Sue Warwick. CLEV-AH!!! Not kidding.
Mutts and pups, you can now climb into that comfy lap or reading circle you love so much, snuggle into that softy-soft coverlet, sip a nice cool or warm 'tini of some kind and scratch and sniff the night away.
Here's the deal...the book has pix of treats and a sticker attached to each...just peel the sticker and sniff until your heart is content. It's awesome. Oh, when you finish with all that scratching and sniffing try to grab the book from your peeps and make a run for it. Scratching and sniffing is okay for regular dogs like Spot (have you ever noticed how that danged Spot gets all the limelight?), but the Diva Dog is NOT regular, for sure.
As you can see from the pixs, I sniffed, I tried to taste (okay, grab) and then I decided to skip it and search for real treats. Come on, scratching and sniffing and looking at photos of treats is okay to pass some time and bond with the Mool and Gaz, but nothing beats the real thing. Alright, I did nibble, just a little, on the corner of the book...JUST to see if they added any flavor...um, it tasted like paper. Ever eat paper? Okay then.
Oh, I do recommend this book though and want to send a little shout-out to the person sending it my way. Thanks and a high-paw to ya. Understand,it's not Harry Potter, but then again the only dog they seem to have in that yarn isn't really a dog, so who needs that when you can be sniffing and scratching and paper nibbling.
Kids, I can see it now...Barnes & Bow-Wow...hounds roaming the rows and shelves for doggie books. Hey, I can even imagine a Starbow-wow...doggie drinks and snacks.
Now just where did Moolie put that darned book. I need to get my sniff on and put together a biz plan for this new enterprise.
Bark at me, kids!!!

Hey Diva Reggie. How is the world of WPB?
I love scratchin' and sniffin'. I do the sniffin' thing all day long. But who would have ever thought a book for mutts to scratch and sniff indoors? Where is this Barnes & Bow-Wow? I want one of those books. Chomping on paper... not good for the tummy. Trust me on that one. Kleenex are really bad.
Sniffin' a book would be a change from sniffin' the furry tailed critters in my backyard.
Speaking of furry tailed critters (actually they are called squirrels), I almost had me one yesterday. Picture this...I was sitting at the window watching out for my backyard. I see this critter, just sitting on the wishing well. Mommy sees it too, so real easy, she lets me out the door. I put on the speed, he jumps off the wishing well right in front of me. I nail him to the ground but he slips out of the Boston Death Grip. He heads for a tree, I cut him off. He heads back for the wishing well, I cut him off. He went up on the lawn chair, I right there after him. He finally runs up a tree but I am only inches off his furry tail.
Whew, let me tell you, that was quite a chase. Mommy said I was after him like a cutting horse after a calf, whatever a cutting horse is,but I think it was a good thing.
Now, that's what I call scratchin' and sniffin'.
Tail wags to you and puppy kisses to Moolie. Bitsy

Love the scratch & sniff book. I so am going to have to find Miss Tasha one of these books as she always has her nose to the ground. Looks like you are taking well to WPB Diva. The breeze off the ocean will be fantastic to blow through your locks while driving w/ the top down in GaxMoolie's hot ride
