SLUMDOG, JUMP DOG AND JEN, BRAD AND ANGE

Woof, Kids!
Hm, perhaps the Diva-Dog will get back on track with blogging...but, I've been so super busy that I've had to let things continue to slide. Hang with me, 'kay? I mean, take last night...I had to jump out of my most FAVE and COMFY writing (and dozing) chair and sniff out the proper Oscar watching channel. Oh, yeah.
Hope you mutts watched...I'd be a watchdog for that Hugh What-his-name, any day of the week. I mean, all that singin'' and dancin' and toothy smiling happiness. Too fun. Hugh, call me!!!!
Mostly, I sat viewing the screen and searching that A-List crowd and ego-drenched red carpet for glimpses of cute and sassy Hollywood pups. Come on, you'd think at least ONE person would think it cool to stash a fluffy four-legged friend in a designer bag or something. Listen, I'm not all that small (can I help it if I love me some yummy treats) and I could have hitched a ride on some of the sashes, bows, trains and billowy fabric adorning those celebs. I haven't seen that much fabric outside of Calico Corners!!
Okay, the show was tolerable (more so than some of the nominees and their flicks) what with the Jen and Brad and Ange dramz, and the Kate and Sean win. Just too much glam and 'tude to stand. Would not have missed it, NATCH!
So, happy to see that, Slumdog, took home so many Oscar Meyers (hold it, my mind went to snacks, for just a moment, but I'm back now), I mean Oscar statues. Slum and Dog...can't be bad, right? Woof to those amazing and talented peeps for taking their dream-seed and nourishing it and seeing it blossom and thrive. Winners, ALL. The Diva-Dog just can not resist the underdog.
Bark at me!

Hey, Diva Reggie. Missed the Oscars. My peeps like PBR bull riding. I'm glad for any movie that has Dawg in its title. You know it has to be terrif. But, I still say Oscar is a fish. Oh, wait a sec, Oscar was one of the Odd Couple, wasn't he?
Well, congrats to all the winners and beautiful people on the red carpet. I still say, Diva on the red carpet would have been a good thing. All those cameras clicking, the Diva fluffed and buffed and looking fine. The pics would have knocked their sox off.
High paws and tail wags to ya. Bitsy

Hey, Bits...thanks for the shout-out. Yeah, I think I should be a H'wood Dawg, but these two 'round here just won't work with that. Bummer. Overall, you didn't miss much, Bits, not ONE single hound on that par-tik scene. Pretty boring, if you ask me. I think I'd rather watch The Dog Whisperer, any old day of the week. I mean, it's pretty cool watching Cesar park those mutts on the treadmill with a backpack on. wesome.
