Thought it was time to "dig" into my comments and share a few...just in case you haven't taken time to read them.

OMG - BIG DADDY has been hitting the champagne, he even put a drop on his finger and let me have it at midnight...oh and how generous he is, he gave me one black eyed pea too...I did say a DROP & ONE right? What a nice SOB he is starting off to be for two - double 0 - nine. I sure hope your people are not quite as stingy as he is.
BID DADDY is making a sirloin steak stew in the crock pot...first time he's done that since A was around and I am pretty sure he's thinking of him and kind of sad at the moment. I'll make sure he's ok though, so don't you worry. In fact, I am sure when I snuggle up to him in a bit [of course - Nora Desmond position] he'll be just fine.
I have to say he was so nice and took me on two walks New Year's Eve. You know he talks to me quite a bit when we are walking around; I usually just ignore him. But that never slows him down, he just talks and makes himself laugh and I just smile and sniff on....
The horizons are a changing and I want you to know that I think adventures are ALWAYS GOOD FOR THE SOUL.
Gosh Reg, I can't believe it's 1/1/09. I wonder what Santa will bring me this year? As long as I have my BIG DADDY and my BIG DADDY has you kids - all will be calm and all will be good.

Did you eat blackeyed peas? Mommy gave me two peas. I hope that was enough for luck.

Reggie - I totally understand about the pain associated with the bow thing, my Mom used to make me wear them too! I must admit however, that the pics are definitely worth the pain, hindsight being 20/20 of course. Besides, I bet you can give those sad eyes to your 'rents and get a sweet chicken toy like your boxer buds have!
