Man, our phone has been ringing off the hook lately. Yep, it's all about politics and the candidates and their messages. As I still haven't heard either candidate cough up any stats on their personal pet situation, I'm super bored with ALL of it. Gaz and Moolie got out there and voted early and good for them. Do we pets get a say? I think not, so until their message involves pet issues...it's just too boring for me.
I do continue with the Halloween theme today. Or, Fall-Festival, if you prefer. I don't really care either way. I don't think you are going to find the Diva-Dog out there with a cute bag gathering doggie-treats from the neighborhood. Although I did catch a glimpse of a sign in front of a vet's office in Hyde Park that really perked up my hanging ears...FREE TREATS FOR DOGS. Now there's a message I can get behind. I'd cast a vote for that vet, any day of the week.
For me, I don't care what you call all the silliness of this "holiday"...I know that I will be struttin' my fur in costume by the end of the week. As stated before, I'm okay with it...as long as that's the end of it. Yeah, I'm already beginning to worry about the upcoming holidays. Well, I will be putting my paws down about rocking some lame turkey suit for Thanksgiving. While we are on that partik subject, what's the deal with not giving turkey to dogs? Huh? No turkey for the hounds just seems so unfair. Okay, I will rant about that later.
Mutts, go ahead and send me those Halloween photos of you all "dolled" up in some super-hero garb. You know just a teeny part of you WANTS to do it. I want to post photos this week, so send to me ASAP...pam@pambarkerbusiness.com.
