SEND IN THE CLOWNS...THE ONES I LIVE WITH
Woof, kids!
Labor Day is coming, guess you heard. Labor Day? Oh, no. That's all we need around here. MORE labor. I can't take it and you would understand if you'd seen this place for the last few days. I'm exhausted just watching these two. Oh, they look like crap too...haggard and rumpled. Have they no shame? No pride? I mean I have to ride the elevator with 'em. It's not like I have a choice or anything. It's embarrassing, you know?
I'm telling you, things were jumping around the old condo this weekend. Not in a good way for the Diva.
It rained, a lot. I really did not get to spend much time walking and just being outside. It was, and this may seem harsh, lame to the max around here. Ugh.
The worst part? Gaz and Moolie were knee-deep in this crazy project. They were mumbling something about shipped boxes, some storage unit, Goodwill (as in Hunting?), more shipping of junk...nightmare. I had to put paws to my ears just to shut them out. Way too stressful for me.
Yeah, it involved tons of boxes and, well, I just wasn't feeling the love. I was seriously thinking about running away to join some kind of "dog circus". Then I remembered that I don't like the circus. Kind of freaks me out. Clowns? Who thought THAT up? I will leave all clowing around to someone else and just settle for the two clowns sharing this condo with me. Understand, that I've never ever BEEN to a circus and seen any of those shenanigans. Nah, just heard of 'em and it sounded pretty creepy. So, I just decided to pout a little bit and walk around with my tail down and see if that worked before I got all drastic and circus-seeking. Pouting ALWAYS works. It's almost too easy to even be fun. Suckers!! Oh, yeah...these two...totally taken in by my pouting and sulking. They hate it and try to bribe me with treats and stuff. Works for me.
We did get a fun call from The Gretch about The Murph up there in North Carolina. Remember they aren't really from there (it is very important that I point that out). Anyway, I am expecting some new pix of TM (The Murph) and they sound pretty fun. Something about him chilling out on the love seat. Stay tuned as you already know that he is one cute and cuddly GR (Golden Retriever). Yeah, that's him...TMGR. Wonder how HE feels about the circus and those disturbing clowns?
Whew, I think Gaz and Moolie are about to open some nice red wine and relax with me. Kind of a gyp that I don't get to have some, but I don't think pouting and sulking will work on 'em this time...even THEY have their limits. Still, I am going to keep that "dog circus" option in my pocket, if I had one...perhaps I could grow to love clowns. Hm, nah, never...send OUT the clowns, please.

Sorting through stuff is definitely a huge project! Glad the Diva did some extra pouting for attention. The Murph did have a relaxing weekend and I sent off a few pictures to prove it. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't like clowns, although he'd be all over the red nose, as he'd think it was a ball and if it squeaked, well then that clown would really be in for it. TM IS pushing 80 pounds, although a lot of it is his fluffy hair.

Clowns are freaky, I agree Reggie. My Mom bans the circus. It's a four letter word in our house
We are very lucky we don't have to jump through hoops to get anything...I just give 'em one of my puppy dog looks & I am the queen!
