THAT'S WHAT FRIENDS ARE FOR
Woof, kids. Say hi to, Tasha!

It's been a fun and wacky weekend around the condo. Jam-packed with walks, rides, making new friends and getting major love in the elevator from friends and friends of friends. Er, I also spent some time running up and down the hall here on the tenth-floor. There are two Goldens that live at the very end of the hall (very stuffy and grumpy and you will hear more about them in future blogs), and I like to run down there and sniff around their door and let them hear the jingle-jangle of my tags...just to be pesky. Of course, I only get to do this with special permission from the peeps (this little bit of freedom has something to do with a trash chute, whatever that is) and only when they are with me. Bummer, but I make the most of it and I just adore the way my ears fly back.
Lazy Sunday though, with rain and cool breezes. Nice, but cramps my style, my lizard chasing, long walks and other necessary "business". Also, makes my feet all drippy and funky and I just hate that. Don't you? Great for sitting in laps on the balcony and watching the raindrops slip and slide all around. though. It does make me want to hop down and chase them, but it is just too darned comfy in those laps.
Saturday morning found us walking to a place called the Nola, where you get a little bit of New Orleans, right here in Tampa. The humans got Beignets and I got Pup Corn. Huh? The walk was good though.
Later, during a trip to Petco, Gaz and I roamed around and you can imagine the fun I had sniffing everything, including some random canines hanging out with their humans. It was great and Moolie got me some pretty cool stuff. PetSmart is really my favorite, but the rumor is that only Petco has my brand of food and Moolie is quite picky about it...um, I think it's because I'm quite picky or something like that. Oh, well.
The condo building was all a-buzz with weekend stuff. People rushing about trying to look like celebs. But not. Hey, met some folks on Friday night at a place called, Five Guys, and they were making a huge fuss over me. Nice. It was all about petting me and asking Moolie lots of questions about what they had heard about CKCS. In the end, they decided they definitely wanted a dog like me. Hope that works out for them, 'cause we are definitely worth it. Like all you other pets, naturally.
Okay, as this is a Monday blog, and Monday is always kind of a blah-day, thought I'd jazz up the site by including a sweet new face for the blog...Tasha.
Thanks Nat, for sharing this lovely photo of, what I have been told, is one of the kindest and most lovable dogs in Columbus, Ohio. No, THE kindest and MOST lovable. Tasha, like me, is a girl, but check that bandanna on her. So, I'm not feeling so style-challenged about wearing them, on occasion.
So, come on now...send us those photos and don't be afraid to include yourself in them, we would enjoy seeing the faces behind the faces. Your sagas are very welcome as well. Share, it makes you feel so good, and...that's what friends are for.
